1st day: arrival early in the morning at Mendatica farm guesthouse, accommodation and meeting with the guide. At 10 departure guided tour on mountain bike along route 700 – Tour of Pedalalps in the Alps of the Sea network (Mendatica, S, Bernardo di Mendatica - Colle Garezzo – Case Fascei - Montegrosso P.Latte – Mendatica), with packed lunch at the Arroscia Waterfalls and return to the guesthouse early in the afternoon. Shower and bike washing, visit to the village, typical “white cuisine” dinner, overnight stay in farm guesthouse.
